Experience

• Phil served as the Greater Avenues Community Council Chair for two terms and has continued to serve on the Board for more than 25 years.
• He chaired the City Transportation Advisory Board (TAB) serving two terms.
• He has organized the successful Annual Memory Grove Clean-up for the past 15 years. He also served on the Memory Grove Reconstruction Committee.
• He served as chair of the GACC Street Fair.
