- Anticipate and plan for the post City Creek Development needs and impacts. Preserve the Lowell School site for the future educational needs of our city.
- Develop land use policies that are consistent and predictable to protect property rights while maintaining the character of our neighborhoods.
- Increase capital investment for our neighborhoods in District 3. Our parks, tennis courts, streets and sidewalks need to be a greater priority for the city.
- Ensure public safety by being constantly vigilant to keep our neighborhoods secure and retain a safe walkable community. Encourage neighborhood to participate in street lighting initiatives.
- Create viable options for individuals and property owners to participate in the “Greening” of Salt Lake. Water and energy conservation should be considered a priority, along with expanded recycling options.
